1. Civil Service Centre:

Mission 2026 has identified 5 focal points, and the second point is to start a Civil Service Centre for training of 10,000 youth of Patidar community. The Civil Service centre will support the youth (boys & girls) for preparation of competitive examinations in sectors of four main pillars of democracy—legislature, administration, judiciary, and media—as well as the defense sector (Army).

The functioning and management of the Civil Service Centre is carried out under the guidance of retired government officials of Indian Administrative Services – IAS/IPS cadre. The officials interact with the students and guide them for the competitive examinations. This helps in transparent and successful management of the centre.

The youth aspires to join the administrative services at the Central or State government. However, due to poor institutional facilities, absence of proper guidance the students fail in clearing the competitive examinations.

The youth of Patidar Samaj have access to all the facilities, guidance for the Preliminary written exams and personal interview as a part of the competitive examinations.

Normally the students come from the rural areas for the training. The boys who get enrolled at the Civil Service Training Centre are offered the facilities at an affordable cost and the girls are offered at no cost.

2. Sardardham Skill Development Training Centre (SDSDTC)

The government of Gujarat established Kaushalya: The Skill University to facilitate initiatives of Skill Development for enhancement of livelihoods, self-employment. The sectors of industries and commerce need skilled personnel. Those who do not have specialised skills find it difficult to get employment. Keeping this larger reality in mind, a skill development training centre was started at Sardradham for the youth of Patidar Samaj to undergo training for skill development. This will make them ready for employment in the market.

Sardardham sought an affiliation with Kaushalya: The Skill University for its Skill Development Training Centre. The students, passing out from the training centre get the certificate from the University. The affiliation is a strategic alliance, and it will help the students. 

The training centre, presently, offers short term certificate courses. New courses will be started as per the demands of the market.

The youth of Patidar Samaj can avail the skill development courses at no cost.

The students pursuing long duration courses are offered hostel facilities at Sardardham. Charges for the boys are at affordable rates and for the girls it is free of cost.
